New menu at Més de Vi: dishes just released to enjoy in Poblenou

At Més de Vi, we’re launching a new menu, adding new dishes, ingredients and combinations to our food offering in Poblenou, while keeping the way we like to approach a meal: starting with dishes to share, continuing with more substantial plates and always leaving room for dessert. Of course, with wine playing an important role throughout the experience.
A new menu that stays true to the essence of Més de Vi
We’ve renewed some dishes, introduced new combinations and kept some of our house favourites. In other words, our new menu continues to focus on recognizable cooking, quality ingredients and dishes where tradition meets our own approach to food.
Artisan charcuterie and cheeses remain an important part of Més de Vi, alongside products from the Cantabrian Sea, starters, meat, fish and vegetarian options. We like our restaurant menu to give each table the freedom to build their meal their own way, combining smaller plates with more substantial dishes.
New dishes to start and share
Among the new additions to start your meal are Cantabrian white anchovies with Gordal olive emulsion and confit leeks with romesco, textured fresh cheese and sprouts. We’ve also introduced a fennel, grapefruit, pickled celery and black olive tapenade salad.
Meanwhile, our cured and smoked sardine comes with sun-dried tomato hummus and osmotised cucumber, while the new roast chicken croquettes are served with lemon aioli. They join some familiar favourites that remain on our menu, including patatas bravas, Soria-style torrezno and foie gras from Villamartín de Campos.

To continue: from stuffed squid to Castilian suckling lamb
We’ve also renewed the dishes designed to continue the meal, that can easily work as a main course. For example, our squid is stuffed with caramelised onion with ñora pepper and black garlic emulsion, while the confit cod comes this season with roasted garlic parmentier, raisins and pine nuts.
Our meat dishes include juicy slow-cooked pork cheek with creamy potato, beef tenderloin with roasted pepper and roasting juices, oxtail cannelloni with red wine reduction and pickled pearl onion, and Castilian suckling lamb terrine with peas and mint cream. As a vegetarian option, we serve purple carrot gnocchi with orange oil, blue cheese and crispy walnuts.
You can explore all our dishes to continue.
New desserts and a menu with wine at its heart
We’ve also introduced some new additions for dessert. Our 70% cocoa chocolate is paired with praline and crispy hazelnuts, while the seasonal fruit is infused with mint and rum. The sweet selection also includes French toast with burnt crème brûlée, fresh cheese with Girona mountain honey, pollen and seasonal flower, and our all time classics Sandro Desii Baratolinos artisanal ice cream.
Wine, as you would expect at Més de Vi, continues to play an essential role. Our selection allows us to find different pairings throughout the meal and recommend a bottle or a glass depending on the dishes you choose and the occasion.
